The place is unique, with a stream running through it, making rest even more enjoyable. Luis is super attentive and has a very interesting conversation. It is close to a hill to explore. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a very homely atmosphere. This year we tried the breakfast, which is superb with a variety of homemade sweets, croissants, and country bread. Delicious.

A colonial-style house steeped in history, with comfortable rooms, a wonderful garden with a pool, and an irrigation ditch that runs through the property, creating a gentle river sound that instantly melts away your stress. Guests have access to the kitchen, utensils, and refrigerators. Luis, the owner, was incredibly friendly and eager to share countless fascinating stories about the area. The breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade pastries, which we paid for separately (and it was well worth it). We would love to return.

I recently discovered El Recodo, a truly special place! It's so beautiful that as I left, I made a wish I didn't know would come true so soon. Just a few days ago, by another fortunate turn of events, I returned to El Recodo, which, in addition to its comfortable amenities, continues to surprise with its surroundings, new spaces, and hidden corners to explore. It's a place that invites total relaxation, nestled in a bend of the road, and the hospitality of our host, Luis, with his attentiveness, kindness, warmth, and generosity, makes the stay even more enjoyable, along with the delicious homemade treats he prepares. It's a highly recommended place! I would love to return!
